AAbsolutely one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had with my friends! We booked this clay session for a bachelor party (9 of us), and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire celebration. A huge shoutout to Shane, who made the day even more special with his warm hospitality, incredible patience, and funny jokes that kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable. He guided each of us one by one with care, making sure we all felt confident (even those of us with zero pottery experience!). The bottomless batch brew was a great touch, and we even got to sip on some special tea that added to the vibe. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique, relaxed, and laughter-filled group activity. Thanks Shane for making our bachelor party unforgettable! + more

I went as part of a bucks night experience and it was amazing! Our teacher / host was knowledgeable and kept things fun. We were given snacks and food throughout the tasting. Would definitely try out their other offerings!

Had the best time with Alex and Nick. Cocktails and food were amazing. Highly recommend the class. We were lucky enough to have a small group and no one else there, it was the best 60 bucks spent ever! Will definitely be back.

Throwing a Bucks party isn’t anything new. As a pre-marital tradition, it’s stood the test of time, first being recorded as a Spartan ritual in the fifth century BCE, where the bachelor party planning would involve the prospective groom and a group of close-knit friends would enjoy a feast in his honour the night before the wedding. Bucks party celebrations grew in popularity as time continued, and became an important tradition amongst knights in the middle ages and the renaissance period. Bachelor party planning has changed a lot since then and thankfully, most bucks party festivities aren’t held the night before the nuptials. But as the tradition has evolved, many cliches have cemented themselves: smokey poker tournaments, paintballing, and public humiliation of the groom to name a few of the classic stag party ideas. Although these have their merits, Classbento’s Sydney workshops offer something completely different, giving you unique bucks party ideas, without removing the fun.
Although you may have your heart set on humiliating the groom in a four hour game of paintball, the soon-to-be-married man will be covered in welts, scratches and bruises, leaving little room for enjoyment or gratitude. You’ll enjoy it, but he’ll be sore for weeks. With so many things to do in Melbourne, there are ways to incorporate fresh air into your bachelor party ideas without paintballs. Classbento has skateboarding classes for beginners and intermediates for you and boys to relive the days at the skatepark and to start your bucks party with a bang. And with full protective gear provided, the chances of a stack are still pretty high. Totem Skateboarding also offers free lessons, giving your bucks party the chance to save a few extra coins for the inevitable pub trip, so as to ensure your bux weekend carries on unscathed. It would be amiss to pretend that considerable drinking isn’t a factor in your bachelor party planning. That’s why we offer a range of cocktail making classes that will show you all how to make the finest - and strongest - cocktails available at your bux party. If you wish to make the most of a bucks weekend, the legends at BBQ School offer a class on meat smoking and beer pairings, perfect for you and the group to whittle away the afternoon making brisket and sipping brewskis.
Batchelor party ideas can too easily forget about food. That’s why it might be crucial to the night’s survival to start with something to nibble on. Depending on how ravenous the bucks weekend gang is, our pizza making classes provide a fun and relaxed environment to begin your escapades, and our dumpling and cocktail making class offers you the best of both worlds for your bux party celebrations. Sydney is renowned for its local bar scene, so learning how to steam a wonton whilst sipping on a mojito before your bucks party really gets swinging is a surefire way to extend the life of your evening.
With most of our Sydney workshops offer private sessions, you and the squad can get the VIP treatment when you utilise our “private bookings” feature for your bachelor party planning. On top of this, most instructors are more than happy to offer tailored packages, special services and provide additional extras to suit you and the buck, so your bucks party ideas can be truly unique. Many instructors also work remotely, so you can learn those essential cocktail skills needed right in the comfort of your home, apartment, or your bucks weekend holiday home! Many of our cooking workshops either offer alcohol or allow BYO, so check before you book to ensure you’re getting the most out of your stag do.
Bucks parties are a time-honoured tradition of celebrating your friend’s final days of “freedom” so it’s important to do them right and to do them in style. With Classbento, your alternative bucks party ideas in Sydney can cater to every member of the stag squad, with an endless array of workshops, activities, classes and events, your Sydney bucks party can be perfectly tailored to suit your group’s needs. Whether it’s skateboarding in the morning and sushi rolling in the evening, you’ll be able to find a way to make your mate’s bucks party in Sydney unforgettable, even if he can’t remember it all.
