In this Lebanese favourite workshop, you will learn how to make traditional Lebanese dishes, like hummus, tabbouli, kibbee, kafta and nammoura slices, that are filled with flavour and history. You will leave the class with the skills to recreate these beloved recipes at home and delight your friends and family with your new culinary talents.

Don't worry if you're new to Lebanese cuisine - this class is designed for beginners and our experienced instructor will guide you every step of the way. You'll work with fresh, authentic ingredients to create dishes that are sure to transport you to the streets of Beirut.
