Katie was so accomodating for our team cooking class. With 32 people, it was the largest group Saint Helena has catered for and Katie made the lead up/planning so easy. Katie had such a large amount of people in her space, all mingling and catching up (it was our first night in Byron for our team so excitment levels were high) and Katie remained so relaxed and helpful with everyone. While I was out the front, two different groups walked past and commented how great this cafe/cooking school was and joked could they come in. The food was DELICIOUS and so much of it. Feedback from the team is that it was their favourite part of the whole two days we were in Byron, possibly their most favourite team event EVER for our company.
