Our teacher was patient, funny and very experienced. We had a group of 12 which was ideal. 4 at a time behind the bar, making your choice of cocktail, complete with flairing tips and a lot of laughs were had. Followed by tapas, pizza and dessert. Food was really good too. I'd highly recommend Lil Darling for this cocktail making session. + more

Irina was so patient and attentive, guiding us through each step with clear instructions while giving us plenty of time to chat, socialise and get creative. She created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere that made the whole experience feel really special. The unexpected stars of the day were her two beautiful cats, who kept us company throughout the workshop! Such a lovely addition to an already wonderful experience. Highly recommend for a client outing, team activity or a fun afternoon with friends. Thank you, Irina! + more

11/10. Caitlyn and the class was fantastic! Caitlyn and the class was fantastic! She was so personable, down to earth, knowledgeable, and created such a fun atmosphere for our team of Psychologists to play around with clay and supported us to create whatever we wanted to (e.g., mugs, plates, bowls, incense tray, planter). The mobile nature of the workshop with her coming to us was also very convenient, she provided all the materials needed, and was so attentive and patient with our questions throughout. The booking process was straightforward, and it was also easy to add a late addition to our booking. Thank you so much Caitlyn, the most fun we've had at a work event :) + more

An office can be an exceptionally delicate ecosystem, and that’s why corporate team activities need a bit of extra attention if they’re going to be effective and achieve the desired results. There are so many ways to bring a team closer together, but instead of ordering a second foosball table for the break room, ClassBento’s corporate team activities will have you and your team bonding together like a hand-knitted sweater. With an array of options - from pizza-making to cartooning workshops - ClassBento has a workshop to suit teams of all shapes and sizes! Strengthen the relationships and keep the office united with our multitude of corporate events and team activities in Sydney.
Getting the team out of the office and enjoying time together is crucial for a cohesive work environment. With over two-thirds of all employees suffering from burnout during their working life, it’s never been more important to get everyone de-stressing in a fun, relaxed environment. Each office team is unique, therefore there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to successful corporate team building activities. Stressed employees don’t make the best employees, and the wrong company event can just add to the burnout. Strenuous physical activity, the classic “trust fall” exercise, and pitting employees against each other in team scenarios have all proven to at best, do nothing for morale, and at worst, foster resentment and division in the workplace. That’s why it’s emphatically important to think outside the box when it comes to cultivating a sense of cohesion and teamwork in your office. The workplace has evolved, and so should your corporate events and team activities! If you want to get the most out of your crew, ignore the tropes and cliches and offer them unique company team building activities so they can return to the office refreshed, renewed and in the best frame of mind to give the most back.
No matter what style, size, flavour, or shape your environment takes, Classbento has a range of corporate team activities in Sydney that will suit your crew and your budget. If you and the office MVP’s have had a few trying weeks and the stress demons need exorcising, it’s hard to go past our significant lineup of paint and sip classes. Popular with corporate teams due to its emphasis on relaxation, there’s an undeniable zen to creating art. Add a glass or two of wine to that process and you’ll have a fresh, rejuvenated team who’ve enjoyed a creative alternative to the office drinks or the corporate entertainment cliches. If you’re chasing a more collaborative team event, try planning one of Sydney’s selection of cooking classes that will have your office sauteeing up a good time quicker than you can say “puis-je gouter ton souffle?” Whether the team is kneading a danish in our French baking class or rolling sushi in any number of our Japanese cooking workshops, nothing ticks all the team building boxes than a team cooking class. It’s an enjoyable shared experience that promotes collaboration, gives individuals a platform to excel without explicit competition, and after all the hard work there’s a banquet of delicious rewards awaiting you. Perfecto!
Company events and activities aim to strengthen bonds between colleagues and improve office morale, so it’s vital that the event itself is unique to the team. That’s why many of our instructors offer tailored options to suit your corporate events needs. Your teams come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and so do our classes. Most offer private bookings so you can guarantee your group will be the focus of the workshop. On top of this, many teachers offer tailored packages, complete with additional extras and special services so you can really utilise your time spent together. Classbento has a substantial corporate clientele, so our class instructors are in-tune with the needs of corporate teams. Many teachers can also travel, and bringing the class directly to your office is a surefire way to take the hassle out of moving the entire office on a weekday morning or afternoon.
Does the team need a reset from a strenuous quarter? Few new faces around the office? Even if there’s no specific reason to get the gang together, Classbento has an exhaustive selection of classes and workshops in Sydney for you and your corporate team to get to know each other better and strengthen those working relationships. Whether it’s cooking a pizza together or showing off their terrarium making skills, our range of corporate events and team activities will be a shot in the arm for you and your squad, and bring a renewed vitality to your office!
