As a new parent, it can be challenging trying to make time for self-care. It is important to fill up our own cup and find our inner zen so that we can be more present, resilient and loving towards our family and those that are important to us.
This live online class is designed to incorporate some mindful movement to help relax and restore balance to the body. If your baby is awake, you can wear them in a carrier or place them in a safe play area while we do the class.
If you need to feed, change a nappy or attend to your baby during the class you can do so and rejoin when you are able to. We will also use a chair during the class so that you can rest your body if you are carrying your baby in a carrier.
This relaxing class, which is perfect for beginners, offers you a chance to practice mindful movement in your day with bub. This is a great way to relax, nurture and restore balance to your entire being!
At the start of this online class, you will begin with some deep breathing and gentle stretching followed by some Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which encourages slow sweeping movements with deep breathing. The aim of this class is to relax the body and connect deeper to yourself and your baby.
By the end of this class, you will feel relaxed, energised and have a deeper sense of connection.

Your experienced teacher Theresa Perry will be there to guide you through the entire class.

Please obtain medical clearance from your doctor if you have recently had a baby prior to booking this class.
