What you'll do

Anthony Puharich has an established reputation as one of Australia’s leading butchers and entrepreneurs and is the meat supplier of choice to Australia’s best chefs. He is the author of Meat: The Ultimate Companion, butcher-in-chief at delicious. magazine and host of his own Lifestyle FOOD program Ask the Butcher.

Together with his father Victor, Puharich is the mastermind behind the award-winning boutique butchery Victor Churchill which opened in Woollahra in 2009 and quickly became a must-visit destination for passionate food-lovers and chefs globally.

In 2014 Anthony established Vic's Meat Market at Sydney Fish Market, allowing visitors even more choice in the protein department.

In this class, Anthony is going to dive into the world of surf n turf, matching meat with seafood in ways you might not have considered before.
