Looking for fun things to do in Brisbane? Love all things Italian? Come and master two ultimate Italian delights, pasta and cannoli, in this cooking class in Brisbane!

In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to create Salt Meat Cheese's signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.

During the class, we'll break for some authentic homemade pizza made by the experts that will make your mouth water. Then along with pasta, you'll also learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking. An irresistible dessert!

Once the cooking is finished, you'll sit down and enjoy your delicious fettuccine and sweet cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills so you can recreate this feast at home.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers. Simply add this optional add-on to your cart when booking.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

I did this class with my mum for Mother's Day and we had an amazing time! The venue was super convenient, well equipped, and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to learn how to make pasta is such an easy and fun way, and no doubt we will be trying again in our own kichens. The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't recommend this class enough. There was quite a lot of food, so I recommend showing up with an empty stomach! 10 out of 10!

I think they should take the Cannoli Making out of the title as we didn't make any, just got to eat one.
I loved the pasta making though. The teacher was very knowledgeable. I would have liked to make some other shaped pasta.
