He also did a wonderful job of making it engaging with historical facts and funny jokes and annecdotes that lightened the mood. His teaching also made it super easy for everyone to pick up fast and create fun shapes. After we made the pasta, Mauro made one with with his signature lamb sauce and another vegetarian sauce, both were delicious!! Really loved how easy it and calming it was, would recommend the class for anyone looking for a fun group activity where you can relax and engage with each other at the same time! + more
