In this hands-on class, you will learn the secrets to making, shaping and filling the perfect spinach
and ricotta ravioli. The expert chefs at Salt Meats Cheese will guide you every step of the way, so beginners are encouraged to attend.

The class will conclude with a delicious ravioli meal cooked up and served back to the group family-style, with incredible sauces, lashings of cheese plus a glass of wine to knock it all down.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drink package for two hours which includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers, just add it to your cart when booking.

After this class, you'll have newfound confidence hand-making pasta at home from scratch and can impress your family and friends at your next dinner party!

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

I have loved all the classes at SMC. The Chef is amazing. He’s very helpful and friendly. The staff there are such amazing people. So friendly and kind. And the food. I have no words. Amazing. The value for money on all their classes is spot on. You get a full course of food. You won’t be disappointed doing a class

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was with a couple of girls from work and we had so much fun! The teachers were amazing and so positive and helpful. I would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting a fun afternoon out with friends. We especially LOVED the amazing Pizza that we had at half time and we really enjoyed eating our pasta at the end.

Great class. Learnt how to make ravioli from start to find sh. Excellent teacher and service. Suggest taking a friend as it is easier to do with two people but certainly manageable for one. Also suggest you you check with the venue re times as our class started and finished later than advertised by classbento. High recommended
