Let's face it, store-bought gnocchi can often lack that all-important 'melt'. So, if you need some of that melt-in-the-mouth goodness in your life, you should definitely give this class a try! In this knockout gnocchi making class, you will not only learn how to make gnocchi but unlock the secrets to expertly crafting light, moreish dumplings that melt perfectly every time.
We'll cover all the necessary tips and tricks from the art of making the dough, shaping the gnocchi, to expertly cooking it to perfection!
Then it is time for you all to try your own handmade authentic gnocchi as we conclude by serving up a delicious gnocchi meal to the group family-style. Your gnocchi will be coated in thick sauces and topped with lashings of cheese and paired with a glass of vino to knock it all back with!
Once you try out your new gnocchi making skills at home for your friends, they will no doubt be knocking on your door for more!

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre, now open for dining, sipping and events.
Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, Newstead plus our sister venues La Costa, Cielo Rooftop, Eterna, La Valle and The Parlour, all located in Fortitude Valley!
