What you'll do
Escape to the bustling streets of South America and learn the art of making authentic Empanadas from scratch at Drool's online Latin American cooking class!
Hosted by MasterChef Contestant and lover of Latin cuisine Jo Kendray, you will have the unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn new skills from an expert. You'll gain an appreciation of the joy of South American cooking and discover easy recipes to recreate too!
In this hands-on and interactive class, MasterChef Jo will take you through a detailed demonstration and help you to refine your knife skills, and make flakey, crispy pastry from scratch. You will also learn how to make two delicious Empanada fillings; a chorizo and potato filling and a creamy corn filling!
Once you have created your delicious dishes, you can plate and devour your creations with your loved ones at home!
Please note:
- Once we have confirmation of your ticket purchase, we will send you all the necessary instructions including your Zoom Meeting ID and Password, a list of the ingredients and a recipe card that you will need to participate in this class.
- If you are running late, we would appreciate it if you could let us know at your earliest convenience so we can ensure to accommodate you when you arrive at the online class.
