Transport yourself to Italy for the afternoon to learn the secrets behind 113 Eatery’s gluten-free gnocchi masterclass in Melbourne!
In this fun and hands-on class, Head Chef Edoardo and fellow gluten intolerant foodie will provide a detailed demonstration before guiding you step by step how to make their deliciously famous gluten-free gnocchi dough.
You will then learn how to shape your gnocchi before Chef Edo will demonstrate how to cook your gnocchi to perfection. Chef Edo will also enlighten you on how to make two gorgeous and traditional gnocchi sauces; a delicious tomato-based Sorrentina sauce, and a bright green pesto sauce.
We will end the experience with a shared sit-down lunch, devouring our handmade gnocchi paired with the two different sauces. By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence and knowledge to create your own gnocchi from scratch, while also meeting some newfound food loving friends!
Let's celebrate making traditional recipes accessible and accomodating for everyone to enjoy!

Pizzaiolo Edoardo
5.0 (1)
Your host will be Head Pizzaiolo Edoardo Nicita of Shop 225 in Melbourne. It was late 2016 when this humble pizza shop was opened in Pascoe Vale South. However this suburban pizzeria has already attracted a cult following of locals and people across town with its simple Italian ethos, vegan and gluten free offering. In 2018 we became the first accredited Gluten Free pizza shop in Australia accredited by Coeliac Australia. The restaurant’s focus is traditional home-made pastas and wood fired pizza made from 72-hour leavening dough. Shop 225's recipes have attracted a cult following of locals and people across town with their simple Italian ethos, vegan and gluten free offering. The team's greatest inspiration in the kitchen is drawing from their Italian heritage, whilst passionately sharing how to eat vegan and gluten-free friendly without compromising on taste.
Drool is the latest Food Experience platform to launch in Melbourne, hosting events that are designed to bring people together in celebrating our common love of food. We provide a series of in-person and virtual food experiences such as cooking and baking classes, cheese making, wine tasting and cheese pairing and cocktail making events!
Our experiences are hosted by our talented team of culinary instructors who include MasterChef Australia contestants, media personalities, Michelin star chefs, sommeliers, Mixologists and passionate home cooks! Our events are hosted from local venues all around Melbourne and support our Melbourne hospitality industry.
At Drool, we believe that in the sharing of food and beverages, barriers are broken down and we create opportunities to meet, learn from, empathise with and be inspired by one and other. Our experiences are dedicated to cultivating these connections, in creating deliciously unforgettable memories.
