In this class, you will be guided through the experience by expert chef Lola. Starting at the South Melbourne Markets, Lola will give you some tips for picking the freshest and most tasty produce for your dishes.

You will follow the basic steps to creating a delicious Pisco Sour to sip on as you learn the basic Peruvian cooking techniques to create delicious dishes from scratch. You will get the chance to connect with like-minded people in this class as you put your new cooking skills into practice and dance along to some lively Peruvian music too!

On the menu:

  • Tiradito with mango, avocado and “tigers milk”
  • Causa Limena with chicken or prawns
  • Ceviche
  • Leche de Tigre (Peruvian sauce)
  • Pisco Sour

A visit to South Melbourne market where Lola knows everyone and everyone knows Lola followed by pisco sour, kingfish ceviche and some dishes I can’t pronounce nor remember. Stimulating for the tastebuds and good times to be had.
