The venue was idea for this class, the Teacher was great he explained and demonstrated the process well. The course was well worth the money, THANK YOU.
Had a wonderful afternoon. Teacher was very good and patient. All the staff were very pleasant. Food was great nothing beat a glass of red and a good pizza. Would highly recommend a lovely way to spend an afternoon

Great and delicious afternoon learning to make a perfect pizza base. The team at Salts Meats Cheese were excellent teachers and hosts. My partner and I loved the class, and can't wait to try making home made pizza bases now we learned the best ingredients to use, techniques for kneading the dough, and how to shape base. Highly recommend !

We had a pretty good experience. However, the class seemed a bit rushed and we didn't receive recipe cards as advertised. I can't say I know how to make a pizza base at home without knowing how much of the ingredients to use etc.

Got to make a delicious pizza and enjoyed learning the steps to make a base.
The recipe we did was different from the recipe on the card so I hope it's not too different from what we made in the class when the time comes to make it.

The venue was a nice place but was hard to hear the tutor due to customers still eating in restaurant. The staff were fantastic and very attentive and it was great to learn from a real Italian chef who was patient and very helpful. We had a pizza we made, cooked and sat down to enjoy. Drinks were included which was a nice bonus. Just some little things to improve, like how to take care of the dough when you take it home. We had some issues stretching the dough as it had dried out in the fridge and also how to get it into the BBQ oven as we didn't have anything to slide it off. At the venue the staff did all that and they have the full set of equipment. But overall it was great fun and would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn how to make pizza dough
