As a passionate traveller, she encourages her students to make the most of their Latin American journeys as a golden opportunity to learn Spanish. She is the headteacher of Centro Argentino in Melbourne, a qualified Spanish teacher from ELE Spanish for Foreigners and has more than 10 years of Spanish teaching experience.

She provides a wide range of language programs that benefit students from all backgrounds, levels and ambitions. Want to learn Spanish for your next trip to Peru? She’s got you covered. She has a black pug named Sexy, who has been known to join the odd lesson here and there. Fun class and tasty recipes. The recipes were also fairly simple we’re for things that we would likely try to cook at home, rather than anything highly complex, technical or labour intensive that we would be unlikely to reuse.
Looking forward to cooking these at home!

After getting all the ingredients from South Melbourne market, We made margaritas and sangria to start. The alcohol was strong and really kicked into gear the cooking class. We made guacamole, salsa, tortillas and we enjoyed tacos. Everyone had a good time. Lola was lively and passionate.
