What you'll do
Kids will have a great experience making and taking home their own beautiful jewellery box, bracelet and necklace! Perfect for school holiday activities, casual drop-in sessions and birthday parties for kids!
Each child will get a wooden jewellery box which they will first paint and then decorate with beautiful blingy beads including rhinestones and pearls and letters for a name. Once complete, children can make a necklace and bracelets using gorgeous pony beads in translucent glitter or solid rainbow colours, as well as choosing a charm for their necklace and bracelet from a large choice. The kids will take home their complete jewellery box and jewellery.
Making a bead jewellery box and threading beads is a calming and mindful experience. This, together with being creative, social and relaxing, makes it a unique experience where kids are happy to leave their technology at home and enjoy the moment.

No skills or knowledge required. Children can do this activity independently from four years plus.
What you'll get
You will choose a range of coloured pony beads and charms to thread together your bracelet and necklace, along with painting then decorating your jewellery box. You will take it home.The experience is very satisfying and is a big feature in itself.

Merryl’s Mosaics and Glass Studio is a mosaic and glass fusing studio where people of all ages come to experience the wonderful world of glass art. We run adult classes, specialised workshops and casual sessions, team building workshops and corporate events in either mosaic or glass fusing. We also offer kids classes, casual sessions and holiday programs. You don’t need any experience to attend. We have great, well-trained and friendly staff who will help you with your creations. We have a great, arty studio. Come and enjoy the creative, relaxing and therapeutic experience of working with glass in an arty, colourful environment.
