You will learn how to make round, cripsy, golden brown dosas, which a very popular breakfast in South parts of India.
This is daily breakie one eats regularly in India. This particular Dosa ( pancake) comes with potato filling and Chutney - a dipping sauce to go with.
This is a a much healthier version and light on the stomach since the dosas are made up of rice. A detailed recipe with tips will be handed out to you at the end of the course for you to make this at home as often as you want!
This course also can be conducted at your premises provided you have the basic equipment and kitchen tools as requested prior to the course.
